It's day two of our week of Our Heroes 2022!
Every day this week we have been and will be sharing the shortlist and winner of each of our awards.
Today we focus on the young people making a difference in our communities with our Young Person or the Year award.
The young people up for this award have been nominated for selflessness and commitment to making a difference
First up we have Ava, Kwesi and Nhyira from Barnsley. The South Yorkshire based trio were up to the task when a litterpicking event came about in Wombwell park this summer.

Next up we have Freddie from Gainsborough. And once again litterpicking is the order of the day as six-year-old Freddie has made it his role to clear up his area from rubbish.
