Thursday 2 February is Time to Talk Day – the nation’s biggest mental health conversation.

It’s a day for everyone to reach out to friends, family, colleagues, communities, or even strangers.

We all have the power make a change by taking the time to talk and listen.

Talking about mental health isn’t easy but connecting with others and sharing your experience will make you, and them, feel less alone.

Because you’re never alone.
