Your repairs and maintenance services will be carried out by Acis Group from 1 April 2022.
We’re making some subtle changes, replacing the current Prime branding with that of Acis Group.
But it won’t affect the service you’ll receive. Work will still be carried out by the same trusted and experienced tradespeople – they’ll just be wearing slightly different uniforms and driving slightly different vans.
You’ll start to see changes from 1 April, but all the changes won’t come into effect for about six months. So, for a few months, you may still see some people in Prime branding.
But, as always, all our engineers will carry correct identification. If you’re concerned about who might be calling at your property, we’re always happy to verify people’s identity.
