When it comes to job interviews, it's completely normal to feel nervous.

From guessing what they're going to ask you about to making sure your shirt is perfectly ironed - these pre-interview jitters are a feeling that many of us are familiar with. 

But times have changed, and with the pandemic continuing to interrupt our daily lives, it's no surprise that it's had an impact on how we apply for jobs too.

Many of our conversations are now taking place online, with government guidance pushing interviews to be held virtually to help reduce the spread of the virus.

While the way we interview has changed, much of the interview process has not. 

In other words, the only real difference is the screen in front of you. 

Regardless, online interviews may still feel like a whole new ball game.
