We are delighted to say that we have recently signed up to the Together with Tenants charter.
The purpose of the charter is to make sure you know what you can expect from us as your landlord.
It will also help us focus on our continued commitment in the following six areas: relationships, communication, voice and influence, accountability, quality, and dealing with things when they go wrong.
Signing up to the charter is only the beginning of the journey. We also want to use this opportunity to continue to build positive relationships with you and have you involved in everything we do.
