Acis Group are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Silver Investors in People (IIP) status after our latest assessment in June.
The Investors in People accreditation is an internationally recognised award which focuses on people management, communication and training within organisations – essentially, how well our people feel we’re doing to support them.
And after being awarded the ‘accredited’ level in 2018 we successfully achieved 7 of the 9 indicators at ‘established’ level this year to improve and gain the Silver award.
Greg Bacon, chief executive at Acis, said: “We’re really happy to have achieved this level of accreditation from IIP – it’s something to be really proud of.
“It’s a huge recognition of our continued commitment in our people – and we have plans in place to keep progressing this forward.”
