3. Prize (Charity Donation):

Prize Amount: One lucky participant will be awarded a £100 voucher to be donated to a registered charity of their choice.

Charity Selection: If you are selected as the winner, you will have the opportunity to nominate a registered charity to receive the £100 donation. Once contacted you will be asked to provide the name of your preferred charity. 

Proof of Donation: Acis Group will provide proof of the £100 donation to the winning participant upon request.

 

4. Promoter's Responsibilities:

Prize Delivery: Acis Group guarantees that the £100 donation will be made to the charity nominated by the winner.

Contact: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the end of this survey to confirm the charity donation details.

Limited Liability: Please note that Acis Group cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties, lost entries, or any other issues beyond their direct control.

 

5. General Terms:

Governing Law: This prize draw and survey are governed by the laws of England.

Amendment: Acis Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated here.  

Decision is Final: Acis Group’s decision regarding eligibility and the selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
