Acis Group has added three new, energy efficient homes to its portfolio as it continues its drive towards creating sustainable, low-carbon homes of the future.

Built by local developer Cyden Homes Limited, the properties at Saxon Park in the picturesque village of Branston, feature air source heat pumps, triple glazing, solar PV panels, EV charging points and cycle storage.

The homes are a mix of one shared ownership and two affordable rent, enabling customers to access high quality housing that prioritises comfort, efficiency and long‑term affordability.

Mark Jones, Director of Property at Acis said: “We’re passionate about and committed to providing affordable homes to local people and to make those homes as energy efficient as possible and I’m delighted to add these new properties to our portfolio.

“Securing these homes supports our ambition to deliver sustainable, low maintenance housing that is future‑proofed for customers, reduces energy costs and helps meet national Net Zero targets.”

The homes at Saxon Park are part of Acis’ wider development programme, which has delivered more than 400 affordable, social rent and shared ownership homes over the past four years, with an onus on sustainability.

The new homes are prioritised for customers with a local connection to the area and for more information on the shared ownership property, visit:  https://www.acisgroup.co.uk/find-a-home/homes-to-buy/homes-available-to-buy/25gresleyclose/
