Acis Group has been shortlisted for three prestigious awards at the 2026 Inside Housing Development Awards. 

The charity has been recognised for its commitment to delivering high-quality homes and supporting thriving communities across Lincolnshire. 

Acis secured shortlistings across three categories, from more than 300 entries, with developments in Market Rasen and Louth being recognised by judges. 

Grange House, Market Rasen, has been shortlisted twice, earning places in both the Best Supported Housing Development (Rural/Suburban) and Best Regeneration Project (up to £21m) categories. 

Meanwhile, Regent Place, Louth, has been named a finalist in the Best Shared Ownership Development (Urban) category. 

The shortlistings reflect Acis Group's continued investment in creating homes that meet local needs, from specialist accommodation that enables people to live independently to high-quality shared ownership properties helping people take their first step onto the property ladder. 

Grange House transformed a long-derelict site in the heart of Market Rasen into a modern supported housing development, providing much-needed accommodation and helping to revitalise a prominent town centre location. The project has already been praised for its social impact and contribution to the wider community. 

Regent Place has played a key role in expanding affordable homeownership opportunities in Louth, offering high-quality shared ownership homes designed to help local people achieve their housing aspirations.

Winners will be announced at the Inside Housing Development Awards on 24 November 2026 in London where housing organisations from across the UK will come together to celebrate excellence in development, regeneration and placemaking.
