Annual fire risk assessments are about to start

Keeping you safe – fire risk assessments

We are working in partnership with Pennington Choices to carry out essential fire risk assessments to all our buildings with communal areas.

These surveys are generally not intrusive but sometimes our contractors will require access to your home. This is to ensure the fire safety precautions within flats are sufficient to keep you safe.

These assessments include checking items such as any fire alarms, the fire resistance of your doors and the means of escape.

We will be carrying out these checks over the next two months, starting 19 September 2019. Anyone living in a property due to be inspected will receive a letter from Pennington Choices.

All contractors will be carrying identification, and if you have any questions or concerns you can speak to Acis directly on 0800 027 2057 or by emailing info@acisgroup.co.uk

We appreciate your cooperation.
