Clarification of planning proposals

We have been made aware of a letter that has been sent to residents surrounding The Walk in Gainsborough by West Lindsey District Council outlining plans to demolish a number of garages in the area.

We have put forward a proposal to demolish garages on the North Parade side of The Walk – this is part of our proposed redevelopment for North Parade.

Our plans do not include any garages on the Middlefield Lane side of The Walk or further afield.

If you have any questions about this or would like more information, please call us on 0800 027 2057.
