While the holidays are usually a time to relax and spend time with our families, we recognise that this won’t be the reality for everyone.
For many of our more vulnerable customers, travel restrictions and health concerns may mean that they’ll face spending the holidays alone.
As part of our commitment to support you, we want you to know that we’ll still be here for those that need us.

Backed by funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, the project is designed to reach out to our customers and check-in on both their physical and mental wellbeing.
