Face covering guidelines
On Friday 24 July, new government guidelines came into effect around the use of face coverings.
In line with those guidelines we’ve updated our protocols so that we can provide you with the best service in the safest way possible.
You can expect our people to be wearing face coverings to any customer visits and appointments.
This includes our engineers who will be wearing face coverings as they arrive to appointments and during repairs if it safe to do so.
We’d like to ask you to maintain a safe distance from all of our people as social distancing must still be followed alongside face covering guidance.
