Housing providers join forces to help people move home

We have joined forces with three other housing providers to help people who want to move in the Gainsborough area and are looking for a bigger or smaller home.

With the impact of welfare and benefit changes some people are looking to upsize or downsize their home and so Acis Group, West Lindsey District Council, L&H Homes and New Linx Housing Trust are holding a match and move event to help individuals and families find the right home to suit them.

If you are interested in swapping your home then match and move will provide you with the opportunity to meet other people you may be able to swap with. Acis, West Lindsey District Council, L&H Homes and New Linx Housing Trust tenants are welcome and staff will be on hand to speak to if you have any questions.

You will also be able to access free housing and financial information and advice on a range of issues including choice based lettings and Lincs Homefinder, Homeswapper, managing your money with Money Box, and housing benefit.

The match and move event is being held on Thursday 21 November at West Lindsey District Council’s Guildhall on Marshall's Yard in Gainsborough from 2pm to 6pm.

To find out more about the match and move event please contact:
