Introducing Infohub - self-help guides making your life easier

We’re launching Infohub, a new self-help section of our website, dedicated to making our customers’ lives that little bit easier.

For now Infohub is full of household solution guides but in the future it will offer some helpful guidance on health and wellbeing, money management and energy efficiency.

As part of Infohub we’ve also made some short useful videos to help our customers around the house. These videos include tackling sink and toilet blockages, mould treatment and prevention, how to top up your boiler and how to bleed your radiator. You can also download and print off info sheets if you think you’ll need the help again!

Take a look at the Infohub here and see how they can help you in your life.
