Quarterly customer satisfaction surveys

Our quarterly customer satisfaction surveys are taking place over the next two weeks. A sample of customers will be telephoned for their views on Acis services during this. Surveys do not take long and allow us to get independent feedback on how we are doing. Acuity will be undertaking the calls on our behalf.
