Researching the future of housing for older people

We’ve teamed up with Service Insights to research the future of housing for older people. We’re interested to see if we can use technology to improve the services we’re providing for our customers.

The research is led by Dr Simon Williams, and independent researcher undertaking the project on our behalf.

Simon is looking forward to getting in touch with our customers and having a chat about the research topic.

You do not have to participate in the research if you don’t want to. Simon will explain everything if he contacts you.

If you have any queries, you can get in touch with Sean Brennan on 0800 027 2057 or info@acisgroup.co.uk.

If you actively wish to be involved in the research, you can email Simon on simon.williams@serviceinsights.co.uk.
