West Lindsey District Council housing register is changing

green house with fence

From April 2018 West Lindsey District Council and Acis will no longer be part of Lincs Homefinder. Instead, West Lindsey District Council have taken the decision to operate a new Choice Based Letting system as a single authority. We have agreed to this and will join their new system. This will bring positive changes for every West Lindsey District Council and Acis customer in need of housing and homelessness advice and alternative housing.

They have taken this decision to allow them to implement a stable and sophisticated housing register and homelessness advice system that meets the needs and aspirations of the council and its customers. They would like to thank customers for their patience and understanding with the technological issues experienced with the current system.

A review of their housing register data is underway. All existing applicants will have received a letter informing them of next steps. Please respond to this letter if you have not already, so that we can update our records.

Please be assured that the transition to a new system will be completed with minimal disruption to customers. If you have any questions please email them to cbl@west-lindsey.gov.uk. Alternatively, please contact the Home Choices team on 01427 676676.
