Definitions

Acis Student online booking system: is the System Accommodation Manager (‘SAM’) which is used to accept applications for student accommodation provided by Acis Students.

Application Period:  is the period from the start of the Incentive (1 July 2026) to the end of the Incentive (23:59 on 24 August 2026).

The rent reduction: the rent reduction is the sum of £50 which is deducted from your final rental payment, whether that is a monthly instalment or termly payment plan.  This sum cannot be used as a booking fee.

Booking Period: is the period during which the application must be fully completed in, namely no later than 23:59 on 31 August 2026.

Eligible Customer: is a customer who has met the relevant eligibility criteria.

Relevant Academic Year: is the academic year during which the incentive is valid, namely the 2026-2027 academic year.

Incentive: £50 off rent for the next academic year for students who have won a voucher, given their details and had their win confirmed by a member of the Acis Students team.

An Eligible Customer who re-books student accommodation with Acis Students before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year by using the Acis Student online booking system will be entitled to receive the Incentive subject to the following conditions:

1. The application is submitted within the Application Period and the booking is fully completed no later than the end of the Booking Period.  
2. The booking must be for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year
3. A valid email address for the Eligible Customer must have been provided at the time of booking
4. The Eligible Customer must have checked into their booked student accommodation with Acis Students by the start of their tenancy period
5. The Eligible Customer must have won a voucher, given their details and had their win confirmed by a member of the Acis Students team.

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one or more of the following apply:

1. Your booking is for a short stay
2. Your booking is for a semester stay
3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students
4. You have outstanding debt with Acis Students at the end of your 2025-2026 tenancy
5. You have booked your student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement
6. You have booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer
7. You have not won a voucher or had your win confirmed by a member of the Acis Students team.

Acis Students and/or Acis Group Limited reserves the right to remove or change any element of this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Acis Students is offering Eligible Tenants the opportunity to win a £100 food shop (Aldi voucher). This promotion is available to those booking accommodation at The Trigon or One Brittain Street, Sheffield, subject to the terms outlined below.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• “Booking” – refers to a person who has completed an application and has subsequently entered into a Tenancy Agreement with Acis Students.
• “Returning Student” – a student who has lived with us during the 2025/26 academic year and is returning to us for the 2026/27 academic year.
• “Company”, “Our”, “Us”, “We”, “Acis Students” – Acis Group Ltd, its group companies, employees, agents and independent subcontractors.
• “Eligible Tenant”, “You” – the person to whom the services are supplied by the Company and who meets the eligibility criteria.
• “In writing” – means email or letter.
• “Voucher” – the £100 Aldi voucher awarded as part of this promotion.
• “Tenancy Agreement” – the legally binding contract between Acis Students and a tenant that sets out the terms for renting a property, including rent, duration, and responsibilities.
• “Tenancy Period” – the length specified within the Tenancy Agreement.
• “Tenancy Takeover” – the process of finding someone to take over the tenancy and all associated obligations.

1. Eligibility Criteria

   1. To qualify for entry into the prize draw, applicants must:

   2. Be a Returning Student to The Trigon and One Brittain Street

   3. Sign a Tenancy Agreement for The Trigon or One Brittain Street for the 2026/27 academic year

   4. Complete a booking for a minimum 44-week tenancy

   5. Complete their booking before 31 August 2026

   6. Entries will not be valid if:

   7. The tenancy is less than 44 weeks

   8. The student is not a Returning Student

   9. The booking is completed after 31 August 2026

2. How to Enter (Prize Draw Entry)

   1. Eligible Tenants who meet all criteria outlined in Section 3.0 will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No additional purchase or payment is required to enter.

3. Prize Details

   1. The prize consists of one £100 Aldi voucher. The voucher will be awarded to the selected winner and provided upon move-in, subject to the winner holding an active and qualifying Tenancy Agreement.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

   1. There will be one winner.

   2. The winner will be selected at random using a random generator on 1 September 2026.

   3. The prize draw will be administered by the Acis Students Management Team.

   4. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of booking.

5. Voucher Terms

   1. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

   2. The voucher is intended for the sole use of the winning Eligible Tenant.

   3. The voucher will be issued upon move-in to the accommodation.

   4. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

6. General Conditions

   1. This promotion is only open to tenants booking accommodation at The Trigon or One Brittain Street, Sheffield.

   2. Entry to the prize draw is free; however, eligibility is conditional upon completing a valid booking and tenancy agreement as outlined above.

   3. In the event of a Tenancy Takeover, the prize will not transfer to a new tenant.

   4. Acis Students reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

   5. Acis Students is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of the voucher.
