What we do

At Acis Group, we are here to support people when they need us, providing safe, comfortable homes and a range of services that help people to thrive.

Our vision is simple: to be there to support people when they need us.

We do this by putting people first. Whether you are a tenant, student, learner, partner or colleague, we are here to create spaces where you can feel at home, get the support you need and experience the quality you deserve.

Each organisation has a distinct role in delivering our group vision and helping us achieve our ambitious targets by 2030.

Acis

We’re a registered provider with over 25 years’ experience in delivering high-quality social housing. Today, we own and manage nearly 7,000 affordable homes across cities, towns and rural communities – offering options to rent, buy or part-own through Shared Ownership.

We offer a wide range of support to our housing customers – from neighbourhood services to responsive, specialist help with issues like debt, anti-social behaviour, and wider tenancy matters. Our dedicated repairs and maintenance teams ensure homes are well cared for, with expert attention to repairs and ongoing improvements.

And we’re growing. Every year, we build more homes to meet local demand – including specialist accommodation designed to meet the evolving needs of our communities, both now and in the future.

Supporting our communities

Our commitment goes far beyond providing homes – we’re here to help communities thrive.

We work to ensure people have access to the opportunities, services and support they need to live well. That’s why we offer more than a traditional landlord. Through our wider group of companies, we deliver education, employment, training, wellbeing, and community health services.

We support people to build skills, grow confidence, focus on their wellbeing and move towards employment. Each year, thousands of individuals from our local communities benefit from these services – helping them take their next step to reach their destination, wherever that may be.

Acis Students

We own and manage more than 1,650 student bedspaces in Sheffield and Nottingham, offering independence, security and a vibrant community for people in higher education.

Our student accommodation includes Raleigh Park and The Village in Nottingham, and The Trigon and One Brittain Street in Sheffield – offering safe, affordable living with a mix of private and shared spaces. Located close to universities in both cities, our accommodation provides a great experience with 24/7 in-person support, dedicated study areas, breakout zones and quiet spaces – all designed at a price to make university life accessible and affordable.

We’re proud to create supportive environments where students can thrive. With a strong focus on wellbeing and tailored support, we help make university living possible for those who might otherwise miss out.

These hands-on experiences provide training and skills programmes to help people live independently and move forward in education or work.

We offer a unique learning environment that helps people thrive, equipping them with the life skills, qualifications and confidence to succeed.

Specialist Projects

As part of our group, we deliver specialist projects that tackle things differently. This includes social enterprises, support for start-ups and specialist projects in new sectors.

The Campus for Future Living is more than just a building - it’s a place where partnerships thrive, ideas grow, and communities flourish. Towns Funded by East Lindsey District Council and operated by Acis Group, the Campus brings together public, private, and voluntary organisations to support the people of Mablethorpe and beyond.

The Campus is designed to be inclusive and accessible, offering a range of services from learning and skills development opportunities for individuals of all ages to support for local businesses and start-ups, health and wellbeing services tailored to local needs and opportunities to take part in research with local, regional and national significance.

While we collaborate with educational and research institutions, the Campus is not a university. It’s a community-driven space where residents, businesses, and organisations can connect, learn, and grow. Our doors are open to everyone.
